Having read law at University of Westminster, and attaining a Law Society Family Law Accreditation in 2018, she has a wealth of experience helping a wide range of clients, and is now working as a Consultant Solicitor alongside Richard Nelson LLP, a national firm who were recently awarded the Legal 500 Leading Firm 2021 title.
As a mother herself, Kelly recognises the difficulties faced by her clients, and takes pride in her constructive and pragmatic approach in resolving family issues. Taking time to consider the full picture, the whole family and especially the best interests of the children, Kelly’s top priority is the best outcome for all, endeavouring to avoid conflict by reaching out of court agreements where possible. At what can be a stressful and emotional time, she prides herself in avoiding legal speak, ensuring you feel in control every step of the way, and her flexibility allows for out of hours appointments to fit with the flow of your family.
Richard Nelson is a national firm with 12 offices nationwide. Having opened an office in Truro in October 2021, it was clear that Kelly was the person to lead the way, given how well connected she is in Cornwall. Kelly can work from both the Truro and Plymouth offices if required.
