Experience the RAF’s top bands in all their glory at the Hall for Cornwall

Music has always played an integral role in military life, and now on Saturday 25th February you can experience it first hand at the charity concert held at the Hall for Cornwall. This exciting event will feature the musical talents of two Royal Air Force bands.

The concert will showcase both the Central Band of the Royal Air Force and the Royal Air Force Squadronaires. The first boasts premier status, backed up with a proud and distinguished musical heritage that they have built upon to earn a worldwide reputation for outstanding quality. The Squadronaires are also an opportunity not to be missed as they are one of the UK’s finest big bands and, like the Central Band, pride themselves on their impressive versatility and excellence across a wide range of music.

The concert will be in support of both the Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund and the Help for Heroes charity; so even more of a reason to go and enjoy a fabulous evening of music! The Park invests six figures into upgrading its facilities and technology for guests

A north Cornwall holiday park has invested an incredible, six-figure sum into upgrades, meaning that visitors to The Park in Mawgan Porth can now benefit from a dedicated, fibre broadband service, which allows for live streaming, downloads, WiFi calling, browsing and more! Incredibly, guests can expect speeds of up to 200mb across the site!

As well as this significant £100,000 investment in the site’s broadband, The Park has also upgraded its distinctive collection of self-catering accommodation. What’s more, it has even installed new play equipment for families to enjoy!
