Great food, better vibes

Good Vibes Café teams up with Fitness Wild for a foodie-fitness experience like no other.

Offering tasty Origin coffee, great service and hearty food made with passion and creativity, Good Vibes Café in Falmouth boasts a fantastic quality of produce alongside coffee and lunchtime deals that make prices low and affordable.

The Good Vibes team are passionate about doing their bit, not only for Falmouth, but for the wider space around them. Recently, they swapped salmon for local mackerel, soya milk for oat milk, and they even serve a variety of vegan options – stemming from a passion that climaxes at Good Vibes’ Vegan Fine Dining Nights.

Owner, Dan tells us: “We’re also interested in working with the right people. From our staff to our suppliers, we source only from the best. This includes working with other small businesses in Falmouth, and supporting creatives in getting their work into the community. There’s always work on our walls from local artists, and we often host events including meditation evenings and chefs’ residencies! Ultimately, we want to show just how great Falmouth is, and why people should visit all year round.” He goes on to explain how much care is taken when it comes to the menu. “We want to create tasty dishes that are inspired and different from your usual lunchtime classics. From our famous signature sandwich – now a cult classic in town – to our regularly updated ‘small plates’, our chefs are always moving with the seasons and pushing themselves to bring incredible new food to the fore!”

Recently, Good Vibes teamed up with Fitness Wild to create Wild Vibes, a community space that focuses on the Good Vibes ethos in a stunning location, encouraging people to take care of their physical and mental wellbeing, while keeping their tummies happy too!

Taking classics from the Good Vibes Menu, including the signature sandwich and the team’s famous brownies, Wild Vibes takes what the team has learned and places it in an amazing location by Argal Reservoir. “We want people to come and grab an Origin coffee, join in on a Fitness Wild workshop, take a walk around the lake and then join us for a tasty lunch,” Dan explains.

“Supporting the South West Lakes Trust with sporting and creative events for all ages, Wild Vibes aims to maintain a community that wants to step outside and experience the best that our county has to offer.” So, if you consider yourself part of that community, why not head along and see what it’s all about?
