Customers with special dietary requirements are well catered for – with gluten- free bases, and vegan and vegetarian toppings easily available on request – and a choice of side salad and homemade garlic pizza bread is available to complement your meal. The dessert menu also presents some lovely treats, including warm apple crumble with clotted cream, and apple and ginger cheesecake. There’s even a chocolate and mascarpone pizza available. Kids are made to feel welcome with a special kids menu too that offers a selection of pizzas for smaller tummies. For the early risers, The Stable breakfast is available at the Fistral restaurant and is a great way to start the day whilst watching the morning surfers. Takeaway is also available in Fistral from 8am- 5pm.
The Stable began life in 2009 in an original 17th century stable block tucked behind the Bull Hotel in Bridport, Dorset and was recently voted one of the best places for cheap eats in the South in the Observer Food Monthly Awards. Falmouth opens on the 28th August and will be the 7th restaurant, with the others being in Bristol, Bath, Poole, and Weymouth.
