A golden age of rums

Mainbrace Rum will be sponsoring this year’s Carrick Fleet race, The Mainbrace Rum Race. In celebration, why not raise a glass to the winner with one of these delicious cocktails.

Mainbrace & Tonic

INGREDIENTS:

50ml Mainbrace Premium Golden Rum

150ml tonic water

Handful of ice

Garnish with a slice of orange

Method

Fill a chilled highball glass with ice. Add the rum and the tonic water and stir well. Garnish the drink with a large slice of orange.

Espresso Rumtini

INGREDIENTS:

50ml Mainbrace Premium Golden Rum

15ml  butterscotch

25ml coffee

25ml Kahlua

5ml caramel syrup

Orange twist to garnish

Method

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with plenty of ice cubes. Shake for 15 seconds and strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with an Orange zest twist.
