The first is the Deep Plane Facelift, which gives a really dramatic result that targets more severe facial and neck sagging. An incision is made under the muscle layer of the face, so the lift is much deeper and looks much more natural overall. It’s also known as a ‘SMAS’ facelift, which refers to the superficial musculoaponeurotic system (SMAS) layer that is being lifted. Next, the Mini Facelift is less dramatic. It includes several types of less invasive lifts, usually around the neck and jaw areas, such as minimal access cranial suspension lift. These are ideal for milder issues with sagging skin, usually suited to younger patients.
Finally, the Temporal Mid Facelift is a new, minimal-access facelift that uses temporal access incisions in the hairline, meaning there is no facial scarring. This is a very effective procedure for milder sagging skin in the cheeks and mid-face area. Following an assessment with Mr Pinto, he can create a bespoke facelift for you, depending on your desired look and needs.
