A New Coastal Concept

SeaSpace – Cornwall’s first coastal aparthotel with community at its heart.

Perched on a clifftop overlooking the Atlantic and just a short walk from Porth Beach, SeaSpace is designed for those who seek flexibility, style and a vibrant community atmosphere.

Offering 56 design-led studios and 2- and 3-bedroom apartments, it’s perfect for solo travellers, couples, families, and groups. Each space is thoughtfully designed for open-plan living, socialising, and relaxation, featuring fully equipped kitchens, dining/work tables, and lounge areas. A dedicated host is available to assist with practical queries and local tips, ensuring an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Book your stay today
SeaSpace is now taking bookings for stays starting from late autumn 2024. Studio prices start at £100 a night, room only. Large studios to suit a family of four, from £185. Memberships for local residents, including gym, swim, fitness classes and padel tennis, will be available soon.

Vibrant community spaces
The heart of the aparthotel complex can be found in its shared spaces, fostering a sense of community and connection. The café and deli in the lobby area serve freshly baked bread, pastries, barista coffee and a variety of meals. The on-site restaurant offers woodfired pizzas, small plates, craft beer, cocktails along with stunning ocean views. Guests can choose to dine in, take food to their apartments, or enjoy meals in the scenic grounds.

Active and relaxing facilities
Guests can unwind in the re-imagined 19-metre pool, influenced by 1920s Miami style, whilst their children splash in the dedicated kids’ pool. The refurbished gym and comprehensive fitness program cater to all activity levels. Those keen to take to the waves can head to Watergate Bay, 1.5 miles up the road – one of the most consistent surfing beaches in the area – where Wavehunters offer a range of lessons and experiences for all abilities, including full surf kit hire, children’s lessons and adaptive surfing facilities.

Innovative padel tennis club
SeaSpace has partnered with UK Padel to introduce the largest padel tennis club in Devon and Cornwall. With three doubles courts (two under retractable roofs) and two singles courts (the first of their kind in the Southwest), the club offers year-round play for locals and guests alike.

Engaging events and activities
It’s more than just a place to stay; it’s a hub of activity and entertainment. The event calendar includes live music, pop-up gigs, art expos, BBQs and spontaneous gatherings, ensuring there’s always something to enjoy. Children can explore the outdoor maze and play areas, keeping them entertained and active.

Perfect for work and play
Catering to digital nomads and multitasking families there are bright, well-equipped workspaces in each apartment. Communal areas provide a change of scene for remote work or informal meetings, complemented by excellent coffee and breath-taking clifftop views. Says SeaSpace CEO, Ben Harper: “SeaSpace will be stepping into new territory, moving away from the conventional hotel and self-catering accommodation models to put freedom and community first – without compromising on quality. We’re enjoying breathing new life into the space and look forward to creating a place where everyone feels like they belong.”
