Slings

Using a sling is a great way to evenly distributes the weight of your dog, making it easier than ever to carry them. Whether you use it for public transport, to keep young pups by your side, or to help older dogs keep up on those long summer walks, a sling can be used all day relieving tension in your neck, back, shoulders and arms. All slings are manufactured in the UK, supporting British businesses.

Waterproof slings

These are inspired by Slicker’s original dog slings, but come with added features and a waterproof fabric to keep your dog warm and dry in the rainy weather. After listening to customer requests, the slings now have a handy pocket on the strap for your phone for easy access. They also includes a rain cover for your little one to hide under if they’re having 40 winks or just need to take shelter from the rain. An incorporated eyelet strap allows you to secure the cover down, or alternatively keep it loose depending on your pup’s needs. Finally, for added security an adjustable clip restraint has been  incorporated to keep your dog secure, as well as D-Rings on the inside and the outside of the sling in order to attach accessories such as treat bags.

Strollers

Slickers has spent a long time finding seriously good quality strollers to join their their offering. They chose Innopet for so many reasons, but ultimately because the quality of these strollers is exceptional. All are corrosion resistant with replaceable parts, making them more sustainable. They come in six different styles to ensure the perfect size and model for all requirements

Ice cream

This year due to popular demand, Slickers has invested in an ice cream production kitchen developed especially for your beloved fur babies. They use local, free-range Cornish raw goats’ milk which is fantastically healthy for doggies and live Cornish yogurt to promote good gut health. Other nutritional ingredients include banana, honey and organic peanut butter.

Shampoos and colognes

We love to keep it British and so do the team at Slickers!  All their shampoos are manufactured here in the UK and are super-mild, made using essential oils that nourish the skin and coats of our best friends leaving them smelling fresh and beautiful for days. Not only that, but they are concentrated so they last much longer and the containers are all recyclable making them much more eco-friendly.

Slickers shields

For the last four years Slickers has been repeatedly asked for chew proof leads. However, they didn’t want to compromise the quality of the leads simply because puppies like to chew, so decided to produce lead shields that are non-toxic, safe if your dog does try to chew and allows you to keep the uninhibited comfort and functionality
of your chosen lead.

Private fittings

Everyone at Slickers loves dogs and for this reason all staff are fully trained to provide a personal fitting service, free of charge on all products. After all, you can have the best product but if it doesn’t fit properly it can be very uncomfortable and even dangerous for your pet.
