For those looking forward to experiencing the perfect getaway, Cole Rayment and White Holidays has a wealth of local knowledge to tap into and years of experience finding both clients and owners the perfect holiday property.

So make sure to get in touch with the dedicated team and discover the perfect location for your dream holiday home.

Padstow has become known as the jewel in the crown of north Cornwall and the holiday letting season now extends throughout the year across all four seasons.

Padstow is of course world-renowned for its excellent offering of restaurants thanks to acclaimed eateries the likes of Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant and Paul Ainsworth’s Michelin starred No.6, which are complemented by Padstow Brewing Company and the excellent Bin Two wine bar.

It’s therefore unsurprising that business is booming for Cole Rayment and White, as Padstow and the surrounding area are highly sought-after locations. The villages along the coastline to Padstow boast some of the most spectacular beaches in north Cornwall, famously named with St Merryns’ slogan ‘Seven Bays for Seven Days’, illustrating the possibility to spend a week away exploring some of Cornwall’s most beautiful coves.

Take Trevone Bay for example, which features a delightful sandy beach that attracts swimmers and surfers all year round. Similarly Harlyn Bay features a half-mile stretch of sandy beach, perfect for swimming and surfing – it’s also backed by dunes, low cliffs and fields.

Mother Ivey’s Bay, on the other side of Cataclews Point is small and secluded with a steeply shelving beach for quiet afternoons away from the crowds. Then there are the greens and fairways of Trevose Golf and Country Club that stretches back from the sands at Booby’s Bay (another surfer’s favourite).

Moving south, the next beach you’ll encounter is Constantine Bay; fringed by sand dunes it provides swimming and year-round surfing facilities. Treyarnon Bay is a narrow sandy beach with rocks on its northern side providing many rock pools and a large natural swimming pool, and the seventh and final beach is at Porthcothan Bay.

Cole Rayment and White has a well established reputation for selling quality properties and prides itself in offering delightful holiday properties located around the Camel Estuary and the surrounding bays.
