Hidden away in the peaceful North Cornwall countryside, Tredarrup Farm Holiday Cottages offers something rather special.

Here, four beautifully restored cottages sit within an historic smallholding, surrounded by rolling countryside and overlooking the Allen Valley. Booked together, Mill Barn, Stable Cottage, Shippon and The Wagon accommodate up to 14 guests across seven bedrooms, giving everyone the privacy of their own cottage while sharing the farm exclusively with the people they’ve come away with.

At the heart of a group stay is Mill Barn, sleeping six, with generous open-plan living and dining space, a wood-burning stove and separate snug. It’s a natural gathering place for long breakfasts, shared suppers, games and evenings together. Outside, guests can gather around the barbecue and fire pit, eat alfresco under cover and watch the sun set over the valley.

Tredarrup works beautifully for multi-generational family holidays, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, reunions and relaxed gatherings of friends. And because everyone has their own front door, there’s space to retreat – particularly lovely when several generations or couples are holidaying together.

Days can be spent exploring North Cornwall’s beaches, fishing villages, coast paths, pubs and restaurants before returning to the peace of the farm. Dogs are welcome too.
