With Simpler Recycling now being implemented for workplaces with 10 or more employees, which includes clear rules for recycling – covering food waste and glass waste – SUEZ is helping businesses, schools and hospitals across Cornwall to stay on track and comply with the reforms. Across SUEZ’s re-use shops in Truro, St. Austell, Falmouth, Launceston and United Mines, pre-loved belongings are being given a second life. The impact is tangible. In just five months, over 52 tonnes of once-forgotten items have found new meaning and over 100,000 households now have access to these community-led hubs. Beyond the numbers, it’s the growing sense of community pride that comes to the fore.
