This summer, the Orchard comes alive with a series of delightful live performances in its outdoor amphitheatre. The programme offers family shows featuring beloved characters like Peter Rabbit and Dr Dolittle, alongside Shakespearean classics and The Great Gatsby. There’s music from Cornish shanty singers to big band jazz and rib-tickling comedy with the likes of Hollie McNish and the Kernow King!

With community and wellbeing at its heart, Newquay Orchard’s principle is that nature is intrinsically linked with our health, and that taking time to be in nature is healing and energising. You can join a yoga class, sound healing and meditation, as well as Imagine Outdoors, a wonderful group focused on re-wilding kids at the Den in the woods.

The grassy terrace offers a unique opportunity to enjoy live performances surrounded by wild meadows. The on-site café is open daily (before and during the shows), serving up food with heart and soul using produce grown from the Orchard’s very own market gardens. The café provides affordable, nutritious and delicious meals, so bring a picnic rug or eat in the café – the friendly staff and twinkling festoon lights add to the welcoming atmosphere, making you feel right at home.
