At Vespa Cornwall, this rings true in the form of the dedicated team who provide bespoke end-to-end project management across multi-staged building projects, from new builds to conversions. Founded by Ashley Riches alongside brothers Jon and Ben Drew, they first met through sport and bonded over a love of carpentry and construction. This led to them wanting to create a company that allowed them to pour their passion into others’ project dreams. Working seamlessly with clients, planners and architects, the team at Vespa Cornwall ensure a singular transition from design to construction, priding themselves on craftsmanship and originality.

The team consists of ten tradesmen whose skills span across carpentry, joinery, masonry, groundwork, rendering, plastering, plumbing and electrical work which means you can feel reassured that Vespa has complete control of any aspects of work within a project scale. One happy client says: “I call them the team but they were all like our extended family. We are very happy in what they’ve done and achieved here with the build at Horizons. We always found them to be approachable, taking time to answer any queries, and we hope we’ll be able to work with them again in the not-so-distant future on further projects.”

Despite the level of expertise on hand, Ashley, Jon and Ben are still heavily involved as directors. This direct involvement all the way from planning to completion means that you don’t have to worry about dealing with project managers or supervisors. With their name on the work, it’s important to the founders that they feel it with their own hands so the finished product is nothing less than what you envisioned when you first embarked on your project.
