After nearly nine years running the interiors department at a well-established soft furnishings store in Truro, her love for fabric and its transformative power in interiors really blossomed. Eve used this extensive experience to launch her own interior design company in 2010, where her deep understanding of her clients’ needs, always ensure that their personal style comes to the fore. Her company’s reputation centres around an inherent flair for design, colour and meticulous attention to detail. 

Specialising in bespoke curtains, blinds and soft furnishings – with a full measuring and fitting service available if required – all creations are hand sewn and finished using traditional techniques in Cornwall, ensuring the highest quality. 

While based in Truro, Eve Hughes Interior Design not only undertakes projects in Cornwall but also across the UK and Europe. Eve’s designs encompass everything from large-scale projects to simple re-vamps of existing interiors, carefully reflecting the client’s personal style and taste through design. The design process begins with an introductory meeting, which can be arranged at the studio, the client’s home, or on-site. Following this, a visual presentation is prepared, featuring samples, images and costings tailored to the project’s specifications.
