An experienced Yogi has returned to Cornwall, just in time to exude a sense of calm across the Duchy.

Dr Sri Radha Sharon O’Neill BCL Hons Ph.D Yoga has been training yoga teachers from foundation to senior levels for almost nine years, alongside teaching yoga classes to all ages for almost two decades. Golden Glow Yoga College opened in 2006 when Sharon graduated as a yoga teacher from Yoga Alliance.

From 2013 to 2020 Sri Radha Sharon held the seat of Director for Ireland for Yoga Alliance International, enthusiastically sharing her award-winning passion for the rapid physical and mental transformation that yoga can bring. At a later date, Sri Radha Sharon successfully completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher certification in India, 500hr Senior Yoga Teacher certification and Grand Master in Yoga Therapy certification from the YAI, vastly broadening her knowledge and expanding her capabilities.

Golden Glow Yoga College UK already has a small but devout following here in Cornwall and they are commited to encouraging the likes of you and me to embrace yoga, as something that can empower, enlighten, and invigorate. Sri Radha Sharon is adamant that yoga can help you see brighter days and calmer seas, through an easy-going yogic practice, whilst also having the capabilities to deliver a more rigorous, advanced practice.
