Johnny Lawrence completed his BSc (Hons) Applied Sport and Health Science at the College and with business guidance from the university department’s teaching and support staff, went on to build a gym in his garden where he runs his successful personal training and coaching business.

Applications are now being taken for over 30 career-focused university level courses that span over 11 different subject areas at the TEF Gold-rated Truro and Penwith College. Additionally, there are a vast range of Access to Higher Education courses available, covering a variety of subject areas including medicine and science, as well as social care and sport science. Many of these courses have university level progression routes available at the college, allowing students to continue their studies in Cornwall.
