Joe started his career working in a vegan cafe in Cheltenham, The Core. He has also worked with Michelin Star Chefs and trained at the White Pepper Chefs Academy in Dorset. He moved down to Cornwall 3 years ago and ended up in an award winning fish restaurant in Padstow, where he discovered his love and passion for fish and shellfish. Joe is in control of making sure your taste buds are tingling throughout your dining experience.
Then there is Jas, who manages the front of house and day-to-day admin. with experience working in a variety of different styled restaurants and roles, she loves nothing more than building a rapport with clients and ensuring that from your booking to the day of your event you can relax and enjoy your time with Duchy Grub.
