Penlee House Gallery & Museum is a welcoming, friendly gallery in the heart of the beautiful sub-tropical Penlee Park, Penzance.

 

The Art Collection

Penlee House is the perfect place to discover the works of the Newlyn School and Lamorna artists (1880s-1940s), both through our special exhibitions and the permanent collections.

 

The Museum

The Museum holds over 6,000 years of history from West Cornwall, from amazing archaeological finds to fabulous ceramics, social history and fashion. The Social History gallery has a regularly changing display of objects.

Penlee House is owned and operated by Penzance Council.

 

Exhibitions

The ground floor is dedicated to the temporary exhibition programme, which changes every two to three months.
