Aparthotel SeaSpace is not just a place to stay, it’s a vibrant hub that unites all who visit.

SeaSpace, at Porth, near Newquay is Cornwall’s first lifestyle-driven aparthotel. Perched on a clifftop overlooking the Atlantic, just a short walk from Porth Beach, it’s tailored to those seeking flexibility, style and a community.

The aparthotel offers 56 studios and two to three-bedroom apartments, designed for open-plan living and relaxation. Each unit features fully equipped kitchens, dining/work tables and lounge areas making them hugely versatile for work or play. 

With vibrant community spaces such as a café offering delicious breakfasts, lunch, fresh pastries and barista coffee, as well as an on-site restaurant serving woodfired pizzas and local craft beers, SeaSpace is a place to gather whether you are on holiday or a local enjoying all this wonderful complex has to offer. 

Guests can unwind in the 19-metre pool inspired by 1920s Miami or head to nearby Watergate Bay for surf lessons with Wavehunters, while locals will be able to take advantage of an exciting launch offer on health club memberships. These will include access to the pool and hot tub, gym and fitness classes. Padel UK also runs the largest padel tennis club in Devon and Cornwall at SeaSpace, with five courts for year-round play. What’s not to love?

Live music events and BBQs are planned throughout the year which will bring the  whole SeaSpace community together, while kids can enjoy the outdoor maze and play areas. This sense of drawing people together will extend to annual art expos and monthly events. Local teacher and abstract artist, Phil Strugnell has already been commissioned to create an impressive mural on the side of the building and he’ll be getting involved with art workshops throughout November.

This coastal aparthotel offers the perfect blend of self-catering with hotel-like service. “We’re thrilled to be leading the charge with SeaSpace in Cornwall,” says CEO Ben Harper. “It’s a flag in the sand for a new approach; shoreside, community-focused and built from a sustainable standpoint.” SeaSpace is now taking bookings for stays from October 2024 with studios starting at £100 a night.
