Waders offers a fantastic coastal position for your family get together, ideal for celebrations, birthdays or just enjoying all being together! Overlooking Polzeath beach, Waders is a fantastic property for a family holiday. Entering on the first floor, you’re greeted by a large open-plan living, kitchen and dining area which in turn allows direct access via bi-fold doors
onto a wraparound terrace with stunning sea views.

The large lawn directly below the terrace is great for children to play in and allows for a watchful eye from above. Another bonus is the sunken hot tub on the deck which is perfect for an evening drink while watching the sun go down. To make the most the of the views, Waders is an upside-down house, with the bedrooms on the ground floor overlooking the garden yet still with glimpses of the sea. Here you’ll find five bedrooms (one of which is a bunk room), three of which have ensuites and two share a family shower room. This delightful and historic cottage, which featured in the final series of the television favourite Doc Martin, can be found on a little cobbled street at the very heart of Port Isaac. Originally a corn chandlers, Stanley House was more recently the local bakery. Its compact façade belies its spacious interior, where you’ll find an open plan living area with views to the harbour. Its wooden floors and nautical décor give the cottage a perfect seaside feel and a happy place to gather over breakfast , lunch or dinner. With neighbouring Port Gaverne within walking distance, there are plenty of places to discover on foot. Further afield, Tintagel is a must-visit with its iconic clifftop statue and historic importance; the well-heeled twin towns of Rock and Padstow are a short drive away and for beach lovers, the famed seven bays of Trevone, Harlyn, Mother Ivey’s, Booby’s, Constantine, Treyarnon and Porthcothan offer endless coastal exploration.
