Beautiful stays in Holywell Bay, Newquay and Widemouth Bay.

Seaholly, Holywell Bay

Situated in one of the most impressive luxury coastal home developments on the north coast, you’ll love Seaholly with its minimalist, coastal-chic interior design and excellent position near the beach. Located in the coastal village of Holywell Bay, it’s ideal for rambling around dunes and rugged cliffs, as well as being a short drive to the vibrant town of Newquay nearby.

As soon as you arrive at Seaholly you will feel the worries of day-to-day life slip away as you relax into the Cornish coastal lifestyle. The home boasts a spacious and open-plan kitchen/dining/living area, which leads out to a private and enclosed garden. On the second floor there are three spacious bedrooms, the cherry on the cake being the penthouse bedroom, with its own balcony and views across the dunes and out to sea.

Seaholly is just a ten-minute walk from the stunning beach of Holywell Bay. The beach is almost a mile long, with sand, sea and dunes, all bordered by rugged rocky cliffs. It’s hugely popular with surfers, a haven for families, as well as enthusiastic walkers with its dramatic and rural backdrop. You may even recognise the beach, as it has been a popular location for film and television including Die Another Day, Poldark and Game of Thrones.

Trevose Penthouse, Newquay

Nestled in the heart of this bustling seaside town, guests will enjoy stunning views overlooking Newquay from the large wrap-around balconies. Set over two floors, the penthouse boasts a vast open plan living area with floor-to-ceiling patio doors and sleek, modern furnishings.

Guests will love the three spacious bedrooms with super king size beds; one of the bedrooms even enjoys a walk-in white marble wet room, while another converts into a twin bedroom on request. The versatility in accommodation makes this sleep-six penthouse perfect for families or friends having a get-together. The ultra-modern high-gloss kitchen is excellently equipped for a special occasion dinner or offers a place to congregate at the breakfast bar for discussing the day ahead over a mug of steaming coffee. The stylishly designed living area is a sociable space with a dining table and corner sofas. Ocean-inspired artwork adorns the walls and the surround-ing balconies are ideal for enjoying a Cornish north coast sunset with a cool drink to hand.

Just a ten-minute walk from the stunning Towan beach, and a short drive from the famous sands of Fistral, beach babes are well catered for, while foodies will find unending choice at Newquay’s plethora of eateries. Trevose Penthouse is truly a gem and a fantastic base from which to enjoy all the town has to offer.

Chi An Treth, Widemouth Bay

Chi An Treth is a fabulous property in a luxury development of eight superior houses situated just yards from the beach at Widemouth Bay. When we say a minute’s walk to the beach that is genuinely what we mean! The South West Coast Path winds its way through the bay which will lead you through some incredible clifftop scenery, with the backdrop of endless Cornish skies and the Atlantic ocean.

The house offers wonderful accommodation for six people. The spacious sitting room has a large corner sofa with a log burner for warming toes after bracing beach walks. Subtle nautical hues and cosy throws create a feeling of calm, while plenty of modern touches mean you’ll want for nothing here.

Double doors from the sitting room can be thrown open on to the communal gardens, or you can retire to the outdoor private dining area to cook up a fresh fish feast on the charcoal barbeque. Beach gear, wetsuits and surfboards can be kept safe in the surf store and there’s a handy outdoor shower for that pesky sand!
