Upper Tregudda, Port Gaverne
Upper Tregudda is one of two truly fantastic apartments set on the edge of the small but perfectly formed harbourside village of Port Gaverne. This fabulous holiday home sleeps eight in comfortable and bright surroundings, and panoramic views across the harbour and out to the Atlantic ocean can be enjoyed from all living areas and three out of the four spacious bedrooms!
Upper Tregudda sits atop its sister apartment, Lower Tregudda, and is the perfect place for large families, boasting ideal surroundings for socialising together in the form of a sunny lounge, a wonderfully equipped kitchen area and an elegant separate dining room. The South West Coast Path can be found immediately behind the apartments; simply step out of the door and take a short stroll to the nearby dramatic headland and take in those perfect evening views.
Owned by the National Trust, Port Gaverne is a popular destination come rain or shine, and is moments away from the famous 14th century fishing village of Port Isaac. This sheltered inlet has a small sandy beach at low tide, rock pools and caves, as well as cliff walks with magnificent views and stunning sunsets.

Ruan Barn, Bodmin
Located just five miles from the stunning beaches and fishing of the north Cornish coast, this exquisite converted barn is beautifully presented inside and out, with a light and bright open plan living room, dining area and smart, modern kitchen with all the mod cons. The interior features large windows, oak engineered floors and exposed beams, really helping add to that cosy ‘house in the country’ feel.
Sleeping four over two sumptuous bedrooms, Ruan Barn’s accommodation is reversed level, over two floors, with the first floor enjoying a balcony with spectacular views, the perfect spot for winding down with a bottle of your favourite. This holiday home finds itself in the heart of the countryside, yet just a few minutes’ drive from Port Isaac, which you may know as ‘Portwenn’ from TV series Doc Martin. With its beautiful harbour and opalescent waters, plus a number of boutiques, galleries and some fantastic restaurants including celebrity chef Nathan Outlaw’s Fish Kitchen, Port Isaac is well worth a visit. You’re only a short scoot from the Camel Estuary too and Cornwall’s foodie capital, Padstow, as well as the superb sailing waters of Rock.
