This spacious property is perfect for getting all the family together, or for going on that group holiday you’ve been talking to your friends about for the last few months! With the combined space of the poolhouse and the main house, the property sleeps up to 12 guests making it ideal for large groups.

Stylishly furnished throughout, Trerokken is fully equipped to absorb the whole family, including your four-legged friends! The large enclosed garden is ideal for playing games, with the recently re-furbished deck area providing the perfect pit stop between rounders’ matches. Plus, you have your own heated swimming pool to enjoy (available from the 24th May to 13th September.)

The ground floor is ideally suited for long family meals in the bright, open-plan kitchen diner, with fold back patio doors leading onto the terrace, allowing you to dine alfresco on those balmy afternoons. As the evening cools, take refuge in the comfortable living room and cosy down in front of the wood burner for a relaxing night in.

For when you want to explore further afield, Rock has a great selection of eclectic shops and cafés and it’s easy to hop onto the ferry to Padstow, where you’ll find restaurants such as Rick Stein. Close to the Camel estuary, the beach and dunes offer stunning views and link up with coastal footpaths to Polzeath beach, from which you can watch the most spectacular sunset.
