The Coast House, Gwithian
Set in the heart of Gwithian Towans, The Coast House is a well-appointed, spacious and modern beach chalet that boasts sweeping ocean views. Stepping inside the home you will find a quintessentially beach chalet feel, with wooden floors and ceilings, and modern seaside décor. One side of the house hosts a large lounge room and super king-size master bedroom with en suite bathroom; while the other side has a king-size bedroom, a bunk room, family bathroom and a dining/living area. There is also a well-equipped galley kitchen complete with all the mod cons. And not forgetting the under floor heating throughout the chalet, a welcome addition in the chillier months!
Stepping outside the property you will find a small seating area that catches the afternoon sun. There is also access to the garage to store your surfboards and wetsuits for those who want to play in the sweet Gwithian surf, just moments away. The chalet backs onto farmers’ fields, which provides the property with plenty of privacy. Walking out the front door, you are a five-minute stroll to the sandy Gwithian beach.
Whether you’re chasing surf, wildlife or long coastal walks, you won’t find a better place in Gwithian. The Coast House sleeps six across three bedrooms and is available from November 2020.

Boscrowan Farm, Penzance
Located within walking distance of Penzance and a mere 20-minute drive of St Ives, Boscrowan Farm is in prime position to explore Cornwall’s Penwith Heritage Coast. Peace and Plenty is a lovingly converted barn for four, featuring a stunning open-plan living space, and Ring and Thimble is a delightful thatched cottage. There is so much to please the eye and soothe the mind – from the delightful views across the gardens and orchard, to the beautiful fittings, original features and finishing touches inside the barn. It’s a home from home, a place to linger and just be, or a restful place to come back to and relax after a day’s adventuring in the local area.

Ninevah, Flushing
The pretty village of Flushing, is picture postcard perfect for the ultimate Cornish coastal holiday. Ninevah, a fishing cottage whose name translates to ‘house of fish’, is a beautiful period house in the heart of the village offering versatile accommodation for up to eight guests (maximum of six adults), with a courtyard garden and off-road parking. Ninevah combines coastal charm with contemporary comfort and plenty of space. The dining area is the perfect spot to gather for breakfast or you can even spill out onto the courtyard if the weather’s warm for a sun-drenched coffee while planning your day’s adventures.
If you fancy staying close to home then you can meander through Flushing’s quaint streets, visit one of the two friendly pubs or dine at the excellent seafood restaurant. For exploring further afield, you can hop on the regular passenger ferry that will whisk you across
the water and over to the harbour town of Falmouth, where an array of boutique shops and restaurants await.
