Embrace the Cornish lifestyle

We discover the sister manor holiday parks of Trelawne and Killigarth, both just a stone’s throw from the stunning, south east Cornish coastline.

When choosing your holiday home, cost is obviously going to be a consideration but location is crucial. We’ve found two gorgeous holiday parks that tick both boxes with a range of caravans and lodges available to purchase now. Trelawne Manor Holiday Park, just two miles away from the pretty harbourside town of Looe, boasts a magnificent 15th century manor house at the heart of this lovely park.  There are excellent on-site facilities here that owners can enjoy including indoor and outdoor pools as well a carp fishing lake, with pretty woodland walks down the valley to Looe.

“Purchasing on one of these sites is a economical way to have your own dream holiday home in Cornwall”

The sister park of Killigarth Manor is less than two miles away from Trelawne and is similar in its facilities but on a slightly smaller scale with the most beautiful views out across the bay. This park is ideal for those who love walking as there is direct access to the South West Coast Path from here. The idyllic Talland Bay is within an easy stroll and great for rock-pooling with little ones. For those feeling more energetic you can follow the coast path as far as Polperro for a well-deserved cream tea.

We catch up with Sales Manager for both parks, Rachael Morris, to find out more: “Both parks are very reasonably priced for this area of south east Cornwall especially when considering the facilities we offer. We have luxury static caravans for sale at Trelawne and both caravans and lodges at Killigarth, with a selection of new and pre-owned accommodation available.

“Purchasing on one of these sites is a economical way to have your own dream holiday home in Cornwall with prices starting at a very reasonable £20,000,” adds Rachael. “Who wouldn’t want to pack up the boot of your car and drive down to experience this wonderful location?” Rachael goes on to explain that they have a no-obligation policy to visiting the showground, where prospective buyers are welcome to browse the new and pre-owned units available.

The buying process can be as short as two weeks, and Rachael and her team are there to help at every step: “It’s as simple as choosing your caravan, selecting your pitch and within a couple of weeks, we could be handing you a key to your very own holiday home in Cornwall!”
