Easily accessible, the open-plan design with the contemporary and spacious reception and waiting area enables the veterinary team to bond with clients and their pets from the moment they enter the building. The team passionately believe in customer focus and removing barriers from between themselves, and their clients and the pets who need their care.
Relocated from Melvill Road, the new hospital offers pet owners an exciting range of services and facilities – all on site – including all routine pet health care services, high-quality referral services, 24-hour out-of-hours and emergency care, plus ample parking.
The hospital welcomes all species – dogs, cats, rabbits and other exotic animals (including birds, other small mammals, tortoises and other reptiles), as well as holidaymakers’ pets in need of treatment.
