After the bistro’s sophisticated refurbishment, new head chef Dave Waplington has graced the kitchen to revolutionise the food too. Dave is busy planning a menu that does justice to his award-winning skills, and the delicate flavours and artisan produce on offer is sure to leave you in a state of food-induced bliss.

The new menu will feature ingredients sourced from around Cornwall and comprise of a range of tried and tested foodie favourites, alongside Dave’s more eclectic tastes, which include dishes influenced by Mediterranean or Asian cuisine, and the sumptuous dish that won Dave his Norwegian seafood title – Masala cod, served with chickpea gateau and a wild mushroom butter sauce.
