Food in focus: Stingi’s fusion restaurant

Golden sunsets and sizzling flavours await at Stingi’s Fusion Restaurant. Set above the rolling waves of Mevagissey bay, Stingi’s combines fresh local produce with Asian flavours to create a taste experience in the heart of Pentewan. Open Thursday, Friday and Saturday, visit from 12pm to 2pm for a daytime offering of handcrafted small plates, celebrating specialist flavours from the earth and sea. From 5pm, the evening  à la carte menu includes sizzling Stingi’s curries and Mevagissey fish of the day, created using day-boat catch from
the bay just outside the window.
