A fresh approach
Steaming ahead in their second year, Harding & Wakefield brings real local expertise and tailored service to Cornwall’s property market.
Suiting your individual requirements, partners Samuel Harding and Ben Wakefield offer a fresh approach to those looking to buy, sell, rent or let properties in Falmouth and the surrounding areas.
“year one has been an absolute whirlwind and more successful than we could have hoped for.”
Between them, the two have a breadth of industry experience, including roles in an international financial company, property project management and residential estate agency within London and the south west. Each has an intimate knowledge
of the local property market and outside the office, they spend time sailing in the harbour on the Falmouth Working Boats, so they understand the lifestyle that tends to draw buyers to Cornwall too!
Sam tells us: “We’re extremely excited to be heading into our second year of trading, year one has been an absolute whirlwind and more successful than we could have hoped for. We are extremely lucky to work in such a fantastic location with some wonderful properties and look forward to helping more clients, new and old achieve their property goals this year.”
Harding & Wakefield was also recently welcomed to Experts in Property, a network of independent estate agencies across Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and Bristol. Ben explains: “Working together with 80 offices as part of Experts in Property will only enhance, enrich and strengthen our offering, and we’re really proud to be a member of the network.”
Being part of this network means that Ben and Sam are able to attend regular West Country property exhibitions in London, which attract potential buyers from across the capital. What’s more, they’re able to offer auction to clients as a route to market.
Ben tells us: “Our ethos is simple – we find the best way to tailor our service to each of our clients’ individual needs. We’re very much looking forward to the next year ahead and welcoming more people to Harding & Wakefield.”
