English Heritage knows how important it is to engage people of all ages with history, through the implementation of hands-on experiences that are inspired by the national organisation’s knowledge, imagination and enduring values of authenticity. In Cornwall this is particularly pertinent, with historic sites such as Pendennis, St Mawes, and Tintagel offering us ample opportunity to learn all about the region’s history, heritage and lore from the Iron Age, right the way throguh to the Second World War.
