Perched on the edge of the River Fal, each dining experience at The Greenbank’s Water’s Edge restaurant is perfectly paired with sweeping views of the water as it stretches out around the Cornish coastline.

 Headed up by award-winning chefs Nick Hodges and Bobby Southworth, a seasonally changing menu served from sunrise to sun-fall showcases the very best of Cornish cuisine. Whipping up locally sourced ingredients fished, foraged and farmed in Cornwall, intentional flavours are paired thoughtfully with the very best produce, for an award-winning taste of luxury in this laidback setting.

 Keep your eyes peeled for Bobby’s sell-out Taste of Cornwall evenings, and make the most of two hand-crafted cocktails for £20 every Friday night. What’s more, the Dessert’s On Us offer means you can sit down to two courses from the lunch menu between 12pm and 2.30pm from Monday to Saturday and enjoy a dessert on the house, all for £24.
