Taking place at St Mellion Internatinal Resort on Thursday 3rd October at 6pm, the masterclass will bring together a range of industry leading experts to guide hosts through the benefits and opportunities of running and owning a holiday home.
The evening will start with a presentation from Shelley D’Arcy (Vice President of Property Recruitment at cottages.com), followed by talks from Mark Tufnell (CLA Deputy president), Mark Lavington, (Director at Devon-based holiday home specialists Boshers), Mark Thompson (Client Manager at Devon-based accountants Peplows) and Andrew Simpson, (Local Director for Cornwall at South West based estate agents Webbers)

It will also touch on the latest industry trends, how owners can maximise their holiday let revenue and the benefits of working with cottages.com.
