They have also invested more into their marketing strategy to ensure that they can maintain their high occupancy levels throughout the year for their owner’s success.
Whilst most of their Fully Managed Serviced holiday homes are positioned in the centre of St Ives, they are steadily growing the portfolio across into Carbis Bay – this has been much to the delight of returning guests who wish to base themselves out of the hustle and bustle of St Ives. In May 2024, Cornish Escapes welcomed their first property in Port Isacc, The Shambles. Its luxurious interior design struck a chord with many of their guests, achieving booking levels on their Marketing and Support service that spread across the entire year and well into 2025 in just a matter of weeks.
