Hot tub heaven

Buying and owning a hot tub is a genuine pleasure thanks to the team at Spyrys Spas and Hot Tubs.

Celebrating six years of business this September, Spyrys Spas and Hot Tubs is a family business that started with just a building, a van and a few hot tubs on display. Now, founders Brian and Sharon lead a full team of service and valet engineers, and have won awards within the industry for Technician of the Year and Installation of the Year. They’ve also become part of the British and Irish Spa & Hot Tub Association.

What’s more, they focus on educating each client in how to look after their hot tub, as well as providing water maintenance advice, valeting, services and repairs”

Sharon manages the showroom and sales and is often the first point of contact for new customers, making them feel welcome and comfortable with their buying experience. She also offers ongoing water management advice – just part of Spyrys’ sterling aftercare service.

Brian oversees the deliveries, servicing and water valet side of the business. He tells us: “With my former Civil Engineering experience and contacts within the construction and water industry, I’m able to organise the safe delivery of our spas using a purpose built spa delivery trailer, which allows us to wheel or slide the spa into position. We can also organise for hi-ab or crane hire for those trickier gardens in Cornwall and are happy to liaise with builders, designers and electricians to ensure that our customers’ experience is always second to none.”

Sharon, Brian and the team don’t push a hard sale. Instead, they focus on finding the right hot tub for you, whether you’re looking for a simple to use model, a more specific hydrotherapy massage, or just a tub for family fun complete with music and lighting systems. What’s more, they focus on educating each client in how to look after their hot tub, as well as providing water maintenance advice, valeting, services and repairs, making it easy to own a hot tub. They can even help with relocation, should you decide to move house and want to take your tub with you!

Sharon stresses: “For anybody interested in buying a hot tub, it’s important to come into the showroom in order to see the quality of what we offer first hand, and to understand the features and function of each model. It’s also a great opportunity to try before you buy!”
