Tide.lamp by Tidelight began with one dad and a simple idea. Founder Alex Tweed created it so his family could see, at a glance, whether the tide was coming in or going out at their favourite beach before heading out to paddleboard or picnic. Carved Herringbone Mango-Wood Cabinet
Crafted from solid, sustainably sourced mango wood – valued for its strength and distinctive natural grain – this cabinet features intricately chip-carved herringbone doors that bring depth and texture to any space. Inside, two practical shelves provide useful everyday storage, while slim brass-finished legs add a clean, contemporary finish. It’s a considered blend of craftsmanship and modern design, created to be both functional and enduring.
Crafted from locally sourced ash harvested less than a mile from the workshop, it showcases steam-bent joinery and sculptural form. Upholstered in hand-buffed nubuck leather, it reflects the same precision and considered design found across every Arbor & Cove commission.
