Looking back, it can be hard to remember a time when Covid-19 restrictions didn’t affect our day-to-day lives. Now, even something as simple as planning a trip abroad requires country-specific testing protocols to be adhered to and documentation to be in place.
Previously, with no private clinics in the south west, there was no easy way for locals to obtain their Fit to Fly Certification and private PCR Tests. Last month saw the opening of the second branch of Rapid Health Test, located in Drake’s Circus, Plymouth, making it even easier for the south west to keep moving.
We catch up with Dr Stolte, GMC registered Doctor at Rapid Health Test and sister company MEDfacials, who explains why he set up his new venture: “Regulations around travel and testing are constantly changing. We are the only government-approved clinic in Cornwall to offer same-day PCR with Fit to Fly Travel Certification for those travelling to and from the UK.
