In fact, just as soon as everybody has recovered from the extended Cornish Christmas season, the team get quickly to work, offering hearty, warming meals for their loyal following.
From the restaurant, you can expect busy, bouncing lunches on most days, with evening dining taking a longer, more relaxed approach. This enables the team to focus on the customer experience, ensuring they receive the best possible service whilst enjoying their choice from the renowned Trevaskis menu.
There is also a regularly changing ‘finer dining’ menu that runs alongside the usual steaks, burgers and stir fries. Don’t miss the amazing three-course set-menu offers! Unbelievable value at just £19.50 for all three sumptuous courses, featuring the finest grass-fed South Devon Breed beef, home-reared rare-breed British Lop pork and locally caught fish. The team have also been hard at work over the last few years to ensure an excellent choice of ‘free from’ dishes, and there is now a dedicated separate menu with a wide variety of options to choose from.
Meanwhile, the roast and stew season is in full swing over at the Farm’s on-site butchery, with regulars returning weekly in search of the very best cuts to go in the pot. There are special offers available every week too, designed to suit our changing culinary moods whilst providing a wallet-friendly source of quality Cornish produce.
Finally, it would be remiss of us not to mention the often-unsung heroes of the farm team, who continue to work hard in the background planting early crops ready for spring and summer and keeping the fields and tunnels sown in order to ensure another prolific ‘pick your own’ season on the farm.
