Cornwall LivingIssue #107

Lifestyle shift

As a case in point to the current buoyancy of Cornwall’s property market, we explore three of the stunning homes recently sold by Shore Partnership.

As the last year of lockdowns and restrictions inspires more people than ever to find their dream homes in Cornwall, we take a look at just three of the stunning properties recently sold by Shore Partnership – specialists in homes at the top of the Cornish market.

First up is Boscolleth Gardens – a development of luxurious and detached new-build homes near Truro. Each home at Boscolleth boasts the utmost in superior contemporary design, with features such as underfloor heating and high-end, fully fitted kitchens living up to even the most modern buyer’s expectations. Add to these generous open-plan living spaces, luxuriously appointed bathrooms, deluxe bedrooms and floor-to-ceiling windows, and you have a show-stopping selection of homes with the best of Truro on their doorstep.

Next we have Owl’s House, a sensational south-facing contemporary home of the highest order. Coming to the market with what can only be described as meticulous standards of presentation, Owl’s House lies just a few minutes’ walk from the idyllic beach of Porthkidney. Wonderfully proportioned, with a large bespoke kitchen, open-plan living spaces and four large bedrooms, not to mention a games room and an integral double garage, this property also enjoys fabulous south-facing gardens, with a sunny patio that’s perfect for outdoor dining.

Finally, we come to The Dune Houses. Gorgeous from the outside in thanks to a mixture of stone and timber finishes; built with cutting edge energy efficiency, and each providing no fewer than four en-suite bedrooms, this trio of homes meets, and surpasses, the expectations of even the most modern of buyers. With plush high-end kitchens, underfloor air-source heating and cosy fireplaces to boot, living spaces are at once comfortable, spacious and exceptionally versatile. Reversed layouts see kitchens and living spaces on the top floors, capitalising on the stunning ocean views, whilst the ground floors each house a games room, one of the bedrooms and a large double garage. The remainder of the bedrooms are found on the middle floors. The real icing on the cake, however, has to be the private balconies on each of the top two levels, perfect for sipping sundowners after a day spent on the nearby sands of Perranporth.

Whether you’re hoping to sell your Cornish home, or your at-home lifestyle priorities have changed and you’re in search of your dream home by the sea, why not see how the experts at Shore Partnership can help? After all, like the team always says, ‘where you live matters’!
