Now a part of the luxurious Carbis Bay Holidays portfolio, this property was brought to life after an original scheme submitted by another architect was refused planning permission. Lilly Lewarne Arthitects were commissioned to redesign the proposals and negotiate a successful outcome with the local planning authority. And that they did!

The main body of the existing three-storey house was preserved, but the inclusion of balcony extensions, internal remodeling and the replacement roof accommodation meant that a complete aesthetic overhaul was achieved, providing high quality and contemporary accommodation.
