Trewennow Cottage, Cubert

Tucked away down a country lane on the outskirts of Cubert Village is Tewennow Cottage (Cornish for sand dunes), a fabulous cottage for two. The cottage has been beautifully presented and is a clever mix of old meets new, with some lovely personal touches added by the owners. If you are looking for a romantic break away or just a chance to get away, unwind and recharge the batteries then Tewennow Cottage is for you!

The wonderful golden beach and impressive towering sand dunes at Holywell Bay are within a mile’s walk from the cottage or less than a five-minute drive by car. There is a National Trust car park in Holywell Bay for the beach with the Gulls Rock Bar and Coffee House opposite. The rather lovely Treguth Inn with its thatched roof is on the Holywell Road heading down from Cubert towards the beach in Holywell. After a day out exploring the Cornish coast, rain or shine, come back to the comfort of the fire to relax in the cosiest of cottages, just the two of you.
