We can probably all agree that Cornish food and drink is some of the best in the country. “We’d be crazy not to take advantage of that, which is why we produce nature inspired food that ticks all the boxes,” says Merchant Manor owner, Nick Rudlin. With three AA Rosettes to its name, Rastella is the highest rated dining experience in Falmouth, featuring bread infused with pear and foraged seaweed, sweet lamb from the meadows above Lizard Lighthouse, and smoked shellfish and salmon from a wood-fired oven.

Bold selections include: Kentucky Coffee – a new twist on the Espresso Martini, and Stiggins’ Smoked Old Fashioned – dramatically served in a smoking box.
