Cornish Rock Gin have got you covered with a delicious collection of dazzling drinks this summer.

From dreaming up the idea on Rock Beach while walking Blue the dog, to naming their very first still after a favourite racehorse, Bonanza Boy, life has rocked on for the team at Cornish Rock Gin, who now have a stable of eight fabulous gins and eleven amazing rums, each and every one a delight for the senses.

Today, the distillery resides in a much larger premises in Wadebridge, complete with a retail shop and trade counter, not to mention the new retail shop in Tintagel! Meanwhile the stand at the Tintagel Market outside the Old Post Office every Tuesday and Saturday is still going strong, so you can find Cornish Rock Gin on both sides of the street.

The latest addition to this flourishing Cornish business is the recently opened shop in the centre of Bude, alongside continued attendance to the Bude Farmer’s Market by the canal on Fridays, and the Artisan Market by the tennis courts on a Wednesdays and Saturdays. With full tasting stations at each and every venue, you are more than welcome to try before you buy, and why not pay a visit and experiment with some of the incredible instant cocktails on offer? For instance, the Dark ‘n’ Stormy is sure to please the rum lover; simply pop some ice in a Rock Gin Distillery Tumbler and add a shot of Dark Spiced Pineapple Rum and top it all off with Fever Tree Ginger Beer. For the perfect Espresso Martini, chill a martini glass and add a shot of Cornish White Espresso with a splash of Cornish Golden Vanilla Rum, topping up with cold espresso coffee.

Rock Blue Angel Gin is an all-time favourite, just pour Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic over ice and then add Rock Blue Angel; this delicate gin will sit on top of the tonic so you get the real taste as you enjoy this drink. For the perfect dry martini, the Rock Mellow Yellow Gin is the one; pour chilled vermouth before adding the Rock Mellow Yellow Gin on top and garnish with an olive on a cocktail stick to stir with before sitting back and enjoying!
