With just ten guests, the experience is intimate – more dinner party than restaurant, shaped entirely by one man’s dedication. Bruce Rennie sources fish from Newlyn, vegetables from local growers and his allotment, crafting a menu that respects provenance and seasonality. He alone cooks, plates and serves, ensuring each dish carries the clarity and precision of an artist’s hand.
