Rock Distillery offers a simple way to enjoy superb cocktails, with a selection of spirits and liqueurs that make mixing drinks both easy and enjoyable. Inspired by Cornish landscapes and crafted with care, their products are designed to suit every mood, whether it’s a relaxed afternoon in the garden or an evening celebration.

For those who prefer something light and refreshing, the distillery’s gin-based liqueurs, Lemongino and Orangino, are perfect. Served over ice with tonic or lemonade and garnished with a citrus twist, they are crisp and uplifting. For an elegant touch, they can be topped with Prosecco, turning them into sparkling cocktails ideal for entertaining.

Rock Distillery also produces its own Rock Vermouth, a versatile mixer that complements their range of gins. A classic dry martini is easily made, while Cornish Gold gin, combined with Rock Vermouth and a few olives, creates a Dirty Martini that evokes the glamour of the 1920s.

Their rums bring a sense of adventure to the glass. The Dark & Stormy mixes Rock Dark Spiced Pineapple Rum with ginger ale or ginger beer and a slice of lime, delivering a bold, revitalising sundowner. Coconut Paradise, poured over ice and topped with pineapple juice, offers an instant escape to tropical shores.

For something indulgent, Rock Distillery’s Brandy Snap & Lime cocktail is a delight. Simply mix Brandy Snap Liqueur over ice with lime juice and garnish with a lime slice – a dessert-like drink with a citrusy lift. Orange Breeze, another brandy-based liqueur, combines the bitter and sweet notes of orange with smooth Cornish brandy. Served neat over ice or as a lively spritz with orange juice and ginger ale, it’s an appealing choice for any occasion.

All these flavours can be sampled at Rock Distillery’s tasting stations. Their main distillery and shop in Wadebridge offers the full experience, with outlets in Bude, Tintagel, and Padstow, as well as Corsham and Dartmouth. Cocktails are now available at the Bude and Tintagel sites, giving visitors the chance to enjoy them freshly mixed.

The entire range is also available online, making it easy to recreate these drinks at home. For those attending the upcoming Home & Garden Show, Rock Distillery will be there, serving cocktails and showcasing their latest creations.
