With summer in full swing Rock Distillery is bustling, ensuring their shelves remain stocked while developing new and intriguing beverages.

Recently, they’ve faced a shortage of their True Taste 57% ABV white rum, an exceptional drink that takes time to perfect. Happily, it’s back on the shelves, with ample reserves to meet demand. This particular rum, cut to 57% ABV with Cornish Spring water, was crafted by Angie in honour of her father, a Royal Marine who enjoyed his daily rum tot from the Royal Navy. It is pure and sharp, perfect for drinking neat or as the base for a refreshing fruit rum punch.

Rock Distillery’s latest creations venture into the realm of vodka. Their Classic Vodka, at 40% ABV and cut with Cornish Spring water, boasts a smooth, clean taste with a long finish. Best enjoyed straight from the freezer, it also shines in traditional cocktails like a Bloody Mary. For the perfect mix, blend a large measure of Classic Vodka with fresh tomato juice, a dash of Tabasco, a grind of black pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice. Stir with a fresh celery stick.

Additionally, they have unveiled a Toffee Vodka Liqueur at 22% ABV. This creamy liqueur, with a rich toffee flavour, can be enjoyed neat, over ice, or in desserts. For a summery twist, the Toffee Apple Martini combines the liqueur with apple juice, served in a chilled martini glass and garnished with a fresh apple slice.

Their development team is also working on more innovative vodka liqueur flavours.

Their collection of spirits spans a variety of gins, rums, whiskies and liqueurs, while honouring the rich heritage of its coastal surroundings.
