Seasonal splendour

The Jewellery Workshop, Porthleven, continues to keep shelves stocked with stunning seasonal jewellery, much of which is made in-store! 

It only takes a quick scroll through the Porthleven Jewellery Workshop Facebook page to see that this harbourside boutique is a one-stop shop for anybody hoping to accessorise in style this autumn. The team is able to make in-house repairs in their very own on-site workshop, as well as offering strap and battery replacements for watches, a wide range of pearl and diamond jewellery (including wedding and engagement rings), alongside fine wristwatches and so much more. In fact, much of the jewellery on offer is made right there in the shop!

In time for autumn, owners Paul and Clair are delighted to have recently taken stock of a huge collection of gorgeous Baltic amber. The perfect complement to the autumnal weather that has now well and truly replaced the balmy heights of summer, these amber pieces are typical of the wares that can be found here all year round.

If so, The Jewellery Workshop has been specialising in unique, personalised items since the store’s inception in 2012, and it’s garnered a sterling reputation for second-to-none customer service and reasonable prices. Indeed, whether it’s a brand new item you’re planning to have made, or an old family heirloom that you’re hoping to have remodelled and thus treasured by the next few generations, Paul, Clair and their team of experts are always on hand and happy to discuss your commission. 

Now serving customers with face masks and visors, in order to make for a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for all in light of the current circumstances, Paul tells us: “We clean the jewellery thoroughly, and all our customers are asked to use sanitiser before and after trying.” Which is ideal, because when you visit you’re sure to want to try on a few of the beautiful wares currently on display.
