Christmas at Baker Tom’s brightens the drizzle of winter, bringing the excitement of new flavours mixed with tradition.

This year Tom has embraced the simple flavours we love about Christmas in a selection of his classic speciality loaves.

Baker Tom’s is excited to introduce its Christmas Sourdough which has been influenced by the savoury flavours of traditional stuffing – sage, onion and chestnuts, carefully folded into the popular sourdough mix. Also new this year, a delicious Focaccia with creamy Cornish camembert and tangy cranberries, a new twist on the classic that’s ideal for tearing and sharing at Christmas parties.

For those with a sweeter tooth, Baker Tom’s deliciously fluffy, marbled brioche with rich cocoa and creamy yogurt will be the perfect loaf for Christmas Day breakfast – a hit with adults and children alike.

This year, Baker Tom’s Christmas favourites – mince pies topped with a Christmas shortbread star and luxury Christmas puddings oozing with brandy-soaked currants – are steamed and boxed for gifting. Not forgetting Tom’s twist on a classic stollen: a cinnamon spiced sourdough with plump juicy fruits and a generous marzipan centre, finished with a dusting of sugar.

The Christmas range will be available from early November, as Tom says:
