Began in 1992 by husband and wife team, Nigel and Samantha Dilley, the company has grown from a leading domestic appliance service centre and retailer, giving the team the perfect foundation to offer knowledge and experience to all their kitchen design, supply and installation today. Kitchen Kit has built long standing relationships with leading manufactures such as Miele and Neff and offers both Nobilia, the largest German kitchen manufacturer, and Ballerina, the award-winning bespoke German kitchen manufacturer.
With people at the heart of everything they do, the team know how important it is to follow through with a dream kitchen match for every client. “We understand that buying a new kitchen is a process and not just a case of putting units in a room just because they fit,” explains Nigel, Company Director. “As a family run business we feel this allows us to be more connected with our customer needs and aspirations for their new kitchen. We like to provide our customers with the service we would expect to have ourselves and make them feel valued as opposed to just another sales number.”
