Lucy tells us: “it’s hard not to be cajoled into spontaneously buying a hot tub but that may not be the best move.” Lucy explains that for OC Spas it’s essential that their customers are able to make an informed decision when buying a hot tub. For her, the importance lies in the fact that their customers are able to see and test a hot tub as part of the buying process, which means that there are no hidden costs or surprises. When talking about durability, it’s important to bear in mind that no matter what, it’s likely that your hot tub will eventually receive some wear and tear. Therefore, it’s also important to consider how it’ll be maintained.
