Solo Exhibition

Two-and-a-half-years since his last sell-out solo exhibition, Lighthouse Gallery are thrilled announce Mark Preston’s forthcoming show. First opened in the Spring of 2003 the Gallery is now among the most respected in Cornwall, a fitting setting for this special group of works.

An avid en plein air painter, Mark is a familiar sight on the clifftops of West Cornwall, capturing the coast in all its rugged glory regardless of the weather. His latest collection of works are vibrant celebrations of the landscape – where wildflowers, winding pathways, and the distinct textures of blackthorn, gorse and thrift meet the endless blue of the sea beyond.
